Are you bonded and insured?

We are licensed, bonded and insured. If a problem arise insurance will cover it.

 

Will I alway get the same cleaners?

We will do our best to keep your cleaning specialist consistent. However, if he/she is unavailable on your chosen date/time, we will send a professional replacement!

 

What is the cost of my cleaning?

How do I pay for the service?

For residential clients, we accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. For our commercial clients, we also accept checks.


Should I tip my cleaner?

Tipping is greatly appreciated. At Customers discretion.

 

What should I do when cleaners arrive?

Please inform your cleaning specialist of any special instructions or products you would like for them to use. We’ll request your final approval of the service before we leave.


What if something in my home get broken?

If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note. The office will then notify you about completing a damage report to have it replaced. Our Insurance will contact you to file a claim.

 

How do you access my home?

We are happy to accommodate your schedule in whatever way we can. Many of our clients provide us with an extra key,  some prefer to be present during the cleaning.

 

What should I have available to my cleaner?

We provide all cleaning supplies, if you would like us to use your personal items please leave it out  (mop, broom, bucket and vacuum) for the cleaning crew.  

 

Online Booking?

In order to book the day and time a deposit is required.

$25 Booking fee is Non-Refundable will be applied to your total bill of service.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours in advance. If you miss this courtesy window, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The charge is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation and or reschedule not given 48 hours in advance will access a  fee $25 cancellation/reschedule fee.

 

Right to Refuse Service

ICSI Have the right to refuse service at its discretion.
